How To Sell

Step 1:

List your collection

List in under 2 minutes! Select the best photos (you can choose up to 6), fill in the categories, describe your item, and share where you wore it. Include sizing details and be honest about any wear, click "post item." Done!

Step 2:

Approve requests

You can either accept or reject all requests you receive. Our secure messaging system allows you to communicate directly with potential buyers.

Step 3:

Send the Item

Once you have accepted the sale, its time to ship! We recommend you send the item as quickly as possible and let the buyer know of any delays. Please make sure the item has been dry cleaned before it is sent out. Once you have shipped the item remember to mark it as shipped from your order details.

Step 4:

Get Paid & Review

Once you have accepted the request the payment is on its way to you. This does usually take 10 working days for the funds to reach your account. Don’t forget to leave the buyer a review, it really helps others.

Sellers have the choice to accept or decline your request, so keep an eye on your inbox. After approval, stay connected with the seller through your inbox messages to organise shipping. After the item has been accepted the funds will leave your account and make their way to the seller.

You’ve got Mail!

Receive your item and enjoy your new purchase! Don’t forget to share your look on socials by tagging us @glamber.official and leave the seller a review.

How To Lend

Send the Item

Once you have accepted the rental request, its time to ship! Once you have shipped the item remember to mark it as shipped from your order details. The item must arrive on the 1st day of the rental period. Please take pics of your item on the day you send it out . Please make sure the item has been dry cleaned before it is sent out. Also don’t forget to send your return address to the renter.

Step 4:

Get Paid & Review

Once you have accepted the request the payment is on its way to you. This does usually take 10 working days for the funds to reach your account. why not leave the renter a review? It really helps others. Don't forget to get the dry cleaning booked in, so your item is ready for its next outing!

Send a rental Request

Pick the dates for your rental, send the request, and communicate securely with the lender via the messaging system. Payment will be processed once they have accepted the request.

Step 3:

You’ve got Mail!

Receive your item and enjoy your new look! Don’t forget to return your item on the last day of your rental period using a Next Day Delivery Service and take pictures of the item before sending it back. Please ensure you have the return address from your lender so you can post the item back
